Mixit, for now

Got a B&W mixit layout, but it's too much because it shows my icons on every entry. Ideally my icon would be up on top once, the layout would be B&W and have less design. This is a great improvement however on the previous set up and with very little effort.

Thank you. I'm a fan of black text on a white background, so this is good for me right now :D

The functions layout (comments etc.) is really nifty! But I do miss you banner. Even though I'm like your opposite (garish colours and little sophistication) I enjoy your sparse & stylish look :>
But the icon-on-every-every is definitely overkill, yes.

I miss my banner as well :/ The main thing I need is for my flist to be readable, I really don't care that much about other stuff. Although, hey, the tags don't show up in the entries. This style is not the one I'll keep, but it comes close to what I want :D

It should be fairly easy to tweak the CSS to remove the user icons for your entries (I think); do you want me to have a look?

ETA: Ha! That'll teach me; after closer inspection, I think the icons on your journal and the icons on your reading page are called the same thing, and I don't think you can remove one without the other. :(

Hey, thank you! I did find where to remove the icons, but it still looked wrong. Without at least one image it looked boring, but at the same time the design had too much going on. I'm now trying another mixit style which feels better :)

Oh, but I was able to in both of the mixit styles, to remove the icons from my Journal but still keep it on my reading page.
