Yeah, well, I guess milk is good if your body is still growing, but everything I've read about milk points to it being very difficult to digest. I can attest to that :(

My doctor makes me drink Vitamin D milk as I am clinically pale and have to get my D from sources other than the sun.

Lactaid I get sometimes, although I find that it doesn't quite taste right with cereal :'(

My sister says I look like an albino with freckles and not terribly high quality color contacts, as my eyes are almost universally demon red in photographs. But then again, my sister is a bitch. Not that I'm not, too, but you know. Sisters.
