Oh sheesh, I knew it was coming, I just didn't realize that it might happen in a room, by themselves, with Sam almost ready to... kill Dean? No, I can't believe that, but the choking at the end, that kind of scared me.

What I'm expecting next week is a lot more fireworks and more players involved. I don't think we're in for more of this private* heartbreak stuff. scene. It had to be, didn't it, just the two of them in another hotel room.

I agree. Also, Castiel is becoming a bit creepy. Has he been brainwashed? Or been threatened to obey somehow? I don't know what's happened to him, but I don't quite like it.

There was a hint there that he's still concerned about Dean and maybe Sam and he is such a well liked character that at the end of the day I completely expect for him to come down on Dean's side. We have Zachariah (sp?) to be the baddy angel and I trust that was one reason to introduce him.
