There were many denials, but it does seem like CBS (Last.fm's parent company) shared private user information with the RIAA which "could possibly be used in civil and criminal actions against those users."

There were many denials, but it does seem like CBS (Last.fm's parent company) shared private user information with the RIAA which "could possibly be used in civil and criminal actions against those users."

We believe Last.fm and CBS violated their own privacy policy in the transmission of this data. We also believe CBS and Last.fm may have violated EU privacy laws, including the Data Protection Directive, and should be investigated by the appropriate authorities.

Llevo tiempo pensando en cuanto de " ir ablandando a la victima" tiene el hecho de que te den tanto servicio gratuito por aquí y por allá , donde " sólo" te piden tus datos de rutina.

Disfrutaba el servicio y estaba dispuesta a pagar por el mismo, una vez que determinaran beneficios de tener cuenta pagada (probe servicio pagado por un mes, pero no me convencio ofrecia algo especial). Y tanto tiempo que le inverti a la cuenta, cuidando mis stats y moviendo en grupos ahí. Damn.
