Anyone else start crying at the end of candle_beck's On the Dodge?

Anyone else feeling a great compulsion to go get a copy of "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid"? I've seen most of the movie before, long pieces of it here and there, but I don't think I've ever sat through the whole thing.

I can't stop thinking about it or how beautiful Newman and Redford looked, how I could believe these guys were great friends, and how well it's all held up. Like this scene! (YouTube link).

I've only seen bits of that one, but The Sting is one of my favorite movies.

Same here. I love The Sting and have seen it more than once. Not in a long, long time though and as I type this I realize all my memories of the movie are in black in white, from me seeing it on network tv as a little kid, in the little portable that I had in my room. Surely this calls for a rewatch.

I've never seen the movie so I went and downloaded it. The ending didn't make me cry but I really could not stop reading this story once I started.

I cry at the oddest things sometimes (seriously, 2 weeks ago I cried while at Sea World, watching the orca show :/) so maybe the story didn't make that many people cry. But yeah, compelling story.
